We are pleased to invite you to the Non-Electric application for Nuclear Heat (NEaNH) GIF Task Force “Virtual Workshop and Information Exchange on Development of Cogeneration Applications of Gen IV Nuclear Technologies” on July 12th (3:00 – 5:00 pm CEST) and July 13th (2:00 – 5:00 pm CEST). Please find attached the workshop tentative agenda and below the Zoom invitation.
 
The main purpose of the workshop is to align the members of the GIF community on the same level of technical knowledge regarding novel deployment opportunities for advanced nuclear systems. This “internal” discussion among the nuclear technology community will help the NEaNH TF to prepare for engagement of the end-use community at the in-person workshop in October 2022. Among other, the workshop will result in a high-level summary report on work that has been conducted on non-electric applications of nuclear energy, and areas of interest as the work moves forward.

This workshop will be held as a zoom meeting to benefit from the audience participation.
